B:I think it’s a good system. Especially for first time offenders, they may have done something out of curiosity or limitations. They should be given a second chance.
A:What about multiple offenders?
B:Murderers, fraud and rapists cannot be excused under any circumstances. If they roam free they are a menace to the society and breaches the security of common people.
A:You have valid points I see.
B:What’s your thought on it?
A:I think whether first time or multiple, I wouldn’t be too comfortable with any sorts of criminals breathing the free air.
