B: Hi auntie Kayla! Yes it’s me!
A: How are you? How’s your mom and dad? How are your studies going on?
B: Everything is just perfect, thank you for asking. And what about you? And how are people in your family? I miss you people so much. It still feels like you people are here. I still can’t believe you are gone and so far too. It always feels like you are going to come at my place any minute now like you used to and have fun with us the way you always did. Its feels so empty now, like something is missing. You are always in my heart, you know that?
A: Oh wow just listening to you say all that incites a lot of feelings within me, it made me emotional! And now I am sad because it has been so long since I saw you dear. I miss you too, a whole lot infact. Yes I feel lonely too, just like you. It’s tough living in a foreign country all alone especially without family and beloved ones. But I guess this is reality and a part of life we must accept.
B: You are right, but look at bright side! Technology and communication has brought us so much closer than before. So you really don’t have to feel so lonely after all, I am just one video call away you know! Internet is truly amazing! It’s like you aren’t far at all.
