A: What is your favorite musical instrument to play?
B: I can’t play anything but I really like the xylophone.
A: I have never played that in my life but you are right it does sound amazing. I hear it in a lot of melodious songs? Do you own one?
B: Yeah Just a little one, the one for children. I got it on my 5th birthday. Can you play any instrument?
A: I can play the guitar, the flute, ukulele and a little bit of the accordion. I want to learn violin and piano. I am a big fan of classical music.
B: Wow that is so cool! I wish I could play them like you. You are so talented! Can you teach me some time?
A: Those are pretty easy, I would love to teach you! They are really fun to play honestly. You should come to my house, we can jam in my garage. My best friend comes over almost every day. You will love her and she is even more talented. She can even play the clarinet and she is very good at it. She comes from a family of musicians. Her mother is also a great singer.
B: I am a great singer too. But only in the bathroom.
A: Ha-ha that’s not true, I have heard you sing once, and you are pretty good. You should pursue it. Join my music class. You will not regret it.
B: I will consider it. It does sound like a great idea. I will talk to my mother and let you know. Thanks for telling me about it. I was looking for someone to guide me through learning proper music.
A: Doing music together can be really fun.
B: We can play basketball later too! I have a court in my backyard. Can you play?
A: Yes of course! I love sports. I am better at it than I am in music. Let us play it tomorrow. I haven’t played it in so long!
B: I am not a great player though. I am a little too short so I always lag behind when it comes to sports. Perhaps you can teach me a few tricks or so.
A: I can do that. It is great. You teach me music and I teach you sports. Perfect deal.
B: Okay then see you tomorrow.
A: Okay I will be there.
